Australian violinist Megan Yang has been recognised for the expressive depth, eloquence, and captivating presence of her playing. With an expanding career as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral violinist, she is steadily establishing herself as a distinctive musical voice on the international stage. Based in London, she is currently completing a Fellowship at the Royal Academy of Music, where she mentors undergraduate string quartets and represents the Academy in external performances.

A committed chamber musician, Megan is a founding member of the Karelia String Quartet, established in early 2024. Their performances have taken them to festivals including Ferrandou Musique, the North Norfolk Music Festival, Kuhmo Chamber Music Festival, and concerts in France, Finland, Tunisia, and across the UK. In 2025, they join the Danish String Quartet Academy and begin their tenure as ECMA Aspirants with the European Chamber Music Association.
